I,

Fallen out of grace

I, am a figment

On the path of time

With no shadow, ahead or behind.

Why don’t you despise me?

Send me to axile

Let me hide

Oh, the lights are too bright

The first day is the worst

It was a long day, today! And finally its nighttime, 11:23pm to be precise, 37 minutes before it’s officially over.

And the first day is the worst, right?

I have all the reason to believe that tomorrow will be a better day?

Am I living a deja vu? Are my years on a loop? Last year this time I had lost. It took me a year to gather my bits that are now floating in a vacuum. Oh I see them.

No matter what happens, I’ll never hate you Autumn. So what if you split things, you didn’t choose the Nature, you already carry too much pain. I forgive you. Until again, I’ll start collecting my bits all over again.

Track #writephoto

Some nights

By the tree she sat

And watched the ghosts pass by.

Of all those who once lived

And all that was once laughed about

Passed in the flicker of a moment.

She let a part of self be lost to each passerby

In the hope that she’ll vanish

But she regrew. Like a starfish, everytime

Resilient and fateful.

The Forest

Don’t wander off, dear heart

Not in the forbidden part of Forest

Not in the places familiar

The fog that still feels warm

Don’t wander off, dear heart

Don’t chase the dragonflies

And try to catch them

What once belonged doesn’t anymore

Focus, old friend

Don’t look for the maze to get lost

What doesn’t belong is free to fly

So fly to the infinite Land, and don’t wander off.

Love rant

There are two expressions of love, she said. Either you lock the flower in seclusion, that way you get to worship its beauty and sink in its love everyday whole day, or you watch it grow away from you, in its roots, in its entirety. You bear the anxiety of separation and jubilance of union each day anew, and watch it grow petal by petal eventually fading into a vacant stem.

The problem is, my friend, most people are only familiar with the former.

Once again, once before #writephoto

You looked at me. I was staring at the shadows on the long, dark walls. They were kind of intimidating, we both agreed. It felt like we’ve gotten ourselves into something we don’t understand. This was an uncomfortable realisation. We both felt a strange, incomprehensible reason to be. It felt pleasant, and trapped at the same time. So we had to get out of it, and reminisce later. It felt like a joy in sorrow, we carried it as gloom in joy.

We had walked down these arches many times since then.

And I’m not sure which ones are memory, and which ones are dream.
